Refund and Cancellation Policy
Our FRSH FIT guarantee offers free returns or exchanges on your first purchase for any reason in the first 30 days of receiving our product. If you purchased multiple shirts please try out one shirt first as our FRSH FIT guarantee does not extend past the first purchase. Any additional returns must be unworn, unwashed & in the original packing. Please note that you are responsible for the payment of the return shipment, however we may be able to provide you with discounted return shipping options in certain regions.
To process your return please email "Exchange@FRSHDor.com" with:
- Let us know if you would like to return or exchange your product with the order # in subject line of e-mail,
- Why you are returning the product or what type of exchange you would like.
Once we recieve the e-mail our team will get back to you within 48 hours (Monday through Friday) with further instructions.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 24 hours of order being processed will require customer to pay processing fees & if shipped out will require customer to pay for the shipping (back & forth).
Refund Policy – Applies to all products excluding your first purchased product (after the FRSH FIT guarantee)
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund after the product has been shipped back to us in original (unopened & unused) condition.
Customer is still held accountable for all shipping charges. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Please allow 14 – 21 business days for refunds to be processed.
